    looks very yummy!!

  2. ImRamro Says:

Wild raspberries where we fish grow about 6 feet tall and 20 feet wide. These plants just vine out and create natural barrier around the streams we fish. I love em, but they grow big here in central California.

You are so organized. Looks good. I need to buy some strawberry starts for my upside down straberry planter. If anything KainanRA grow your plants in the green house and buy starters for your garden beds.

Looking good man. I would love a green house for the winter and starting plants. Garden looks good and so does that soil, did you have to amend it at all, or was it just till and plant?

  6. KainanRa Says:

@TheUrbanHomesteader Last year I just tilled it but this year I have been throwing the rabbit manure on it and tilled it in.

  7. KainanRa Says:

@ImRamro I knew the bushes would get big. I didnt know they send up sprouts everywhere. I put them in the wrong place I guess. Should have putt them on the fence line. Oh well I will figure it oue.

  8. sunshinerinker Says:

looks great only thing is your dirt looks very wet. When you plant in planters you will want to put in some small stones like pebbles on the bottom before you put in the dirt. That way the water will drain and your plant can still have a drink.

  9. shanams1 Says:

Raspberries and blackberries spread under ground and by cuttings and by seed so you have to root block them in to at least 12 to 18 inches. this info might be a little late but if you dig up the blueberry you could block it off there. The longer you wait the more little bushes you will get, but just think of the lovely berries you will get.

We tilled ours this weekend as well… almost time to start planting. *exciting*

Looks great! I may have to get one of those little green houses next year. I started my first raised beds this year and must say, it is so much easier than my row garden. Uploaded my first video today. Keep us posted on your progress.

Orange Bell Peppers are my favorite too…I like em in salsa they give it a nice sweetness. Also the young peppers are AWESOME stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon :D

Lookin kick ass man! ; D All the stores around here are bad for seed selections.I wanted to do strawberries this year.At least My orange peppers and tomatoes seem to be doin good ; ) Can’t wait to see how it all goes for ya man : D *thumbs up*

  17. quaddogger Says:

High bush blueberries have almost no flavor compared to the low bush style. We have both growing wild here in Northern Ontario and when I go picking it’s for the low bush only. They are a lot smaller berries but pack 5x the flavor. High bush are what people sell at blueberry stands because they are a lot easier to pick and they look tastier. They might work okay as a filler but are no replacement for low bush imho.

  18. KainanRa Says:

@quaddogger I agree. I am going to try and find some others and replace that tall one.

  19. TheHobbylover Says:

You might want to use a finer potting mix for the tomatoes
And you can also find good starters for seedlings at a local hardware store
